Who Can Register as a VIPP Delegate?

VIPP (Very Important Projects Person) Registration is strictly for:

  • Public-sector organisations

  • Third-sector organisations

  • Registered charities

  • Publicly funded bodies

  • Arms-length external organisations connected to the public sector

Private-sector organisations are NOT eligible for VIPP tickets.

Any private-sector registration submitted through this page will be automatically rejected, and the registrant will be redirected to the Private-Sector Access page.

What’s Included in Your Fully Funded Ticket

Eligible VIPP delegates receive:

  • Access to all keynote & themed sessions

  • 5-star buffet lunch & refreshments throughout the day

  • Access to the Networking Zone

  • Your project information is used ONLY to shape the programme and match content relevance

What Happens Next

Once your registration is submitted:

  1. Our team will verify your eligibility (public sector / third sector / charity).

  2. You will receive a confirmation email within 3–5 working days.

  3. If accepted, your fully funded VIPP ticket will be issued electronically.

  4. Closer to the event, you’ll receive:

  • Digital event guide

  • Programme updates

  • Venue access details

  • Video On Demand access post-event

Private-sector registrations will be declined and redirected to the correct page.
